Summary 3.5 / 5 stars based on 7 Reviews CompleteTax may not be as well known as TurboTax and TaxCut are, but it's made one of the oldest and most respected publishers in the tax return software business: CCH. While it lacks the flashy screens, multiple products and some of the professional features its competitors have, its still solid tax software for a fair price.

	You can import GainsKeeper and W-2 tax data
	Extensive library of help materials on tax laws and forms - unlike competitors

Cons
	Doesn't have some of the professional features found in competitors software
	No phone support available - only email or online chat
	Can only be used once per person - unlike competitors tax software
	Can not save your data online - you must download it to your computer
	You can not import import tax data from other tax programs
	On-screen explanations during guided interview not as plentiful as competitors
